On June 8, Chinese Ambassador to Tanzania H.E. Chen Mingjian welcomed Chinese Navy guided-missile frigate Honghe at Dar es Salaam Port. More than 300 people joined the welcome ceremony, including Tanzania Navy Commander Rear Admiral AR Hassan and other officers from Tanzania Peoples’ Defence Forces, as well as Chinese Embassy staff and representatives of the local Chinese community, Chinese institutions and students in Tanzania.
