On the occasion of the 52nd Anniversary of the Founding of the United Republic of Tanzania, I wish to extend, on behalf of the Chinese people and in my own name, sincere congratulations and best wishes to you and the friendly people of Tanzania.
In recent years, the traditional friendship between China and Tanzania has been well inherited and further developed, the comprehensive cooperative partnership of mutual benefit and win-win outcome has been continuously enriched in contents and real benefits have been delivered to the two peoples.
The development of China-Tanzania relations is high on my agenda. I wish to make joint efforts with Your Excellency and take the opportunity of implementing the outcome of the FOCAC Johannesburg Summit to bring the bilateral relations to a new height.
I wish Tanzania continued prosperity and the people peace and happiness!
